I developed my plugin, KickStart for our server after noticing that some plugins on 1.3 seem to take longer to start up, during this time we noticed that if parts of some plugins (for instance WorldGuard region flags) hadn't fully loaded players were able to bypass any protection they offered. It’s important to trust your ears while applying these effects but now you’ll be able to see it.Kick players with a custom message until the server has finished starting up. Through its large dial, you can make the sidechain effect more extreme, and by using the different presets you’ll be able to add the right ducking straight away. This plugin got early support from no other than Timbaland, Showtek, Deadmau5, David Guetta, and many more. The lack of applying a quick sidechain effect plugin inspired him to develop Kickstart. Back in 2013, Nicky Romero announced his own sidechain plugin together with Cableguys.
